Since our founding, Whitehall AARP Chapter 3115 Inc has been dedicated to empowering seniors through education, advocacy, and shared experiences. We believe that age is just a number and that our community thrives when we engage with purpose. Our history is defined by a commitment to promoting AARP's priorities while providing essential programs that enrich the lives of our members. We are a collective of dedicated individuals working together to ensure that our voices are heard and our quality of life is elevated for generations to come.

The purpose of the Chapter is to promote at the local level, the priorities, programs and policies of AARP. The Board reserves the right to change any of the following information and in our Standing Rules document, if it is in the interest of the membership.

Association Notifications and Information
- Member Dues: $10.00 for the first year, then $5.00 for any subsequent year.
- Membership of the National AARP is also required.
- Due to space constraints, membership is currently limited to 150 members.
- Meetings are at the Schadt Avenue Playground Building located at 1975 Schadt Avenue, Whitehall, PA 18052
- Meetings are on the second Tuesday of each month. There is no meeting in July.
- Guests are limited to 1 meeting attendance, after which they will be added to the membership wait list.
- Cost for the monthly meeting is $5.00 per member and $8.00 for guests.
- Meeting fees help defray lunch costs and donations to charities.
- There may be a higher charge in the future for the picnic and Christmas party to cover catering costs.
- Meeting doors open at 10:30 for only those who are helping to setup. Doors open to members at 11:15am.
- Lunch is served at 12 noon or as previously announced.
- The Chapter picnic is set for Sept 8th at Egypt Park and is for members only.
- The Chapter Christmas party is set for Dec 8th and is for members only.
- Board meetings are on the first Tuesday of each month at Whitehall Library at 1:00pm. Members can request to attend.
- In the event of severe weather, we will not meet if Whitehall School District cancels school.
- If there is a 2 hour Whitehall School District delay, the meeting will be held.
